Sacred Body Awakening is a somatic journey that brings you into direct connection with your divine self—the part of you that exists beyond conditioning and limitation.

Through this practice of slow intentional loving touch, the layers of conditioning, such as body shame, self-judgement, self-rejection, and sabotage, are often peeled off. As a result, your senses are heightened which creates an opening for freedom, joy and bliss in your body.

Through the sacred touch and multiple constellations (processes) your nervous system is calmed and the awareness of what is in the body are increased. The combined touches greatly activate and ignite the aliveness of the body and often transmute long-standing ancestral and sexual trauma and bodily dysfunction.

This journey of sensual, somatic embodiment brings us into contact with our true purity. The slowness of the touch loosens up the mind, shakes off our mask and vivifies our sacred purpose.

This is a full body initiation process into the revival of the mystery teachings of the Sacred Arts, for opening the body and heart to the fullness of life, both inner and outer.

Through this practice of the Sacred Body Awakening, body shame, shyness, sexual dysfunctions often released and we soften into our loving presence. These sacred touches, combined with blessings, open the codes of the body for new depths, dissipating the duality and competition and ignite our divinity and beauty.

Sacred Body Awakening is remembrance of the "Life in the Temple" and the ways of opening, healing, longing and awakening the full feminine and masculine forces within the body. This practice will open you to what you already know is inside of you.

This practice consists of 5 constellations (positions), in where you experience the sacred body awakening, transforming limitations and awakening and igniting the kundalini energy within the container of unconditional love. We form a safe container of strength, encouragement and trust - and this is the key that opens the door! To further enhance this beautiful somatic experience, calming music is played and activated high frequency oils from Egypt are applied to the body..

The private Sacred Body Awakening session is approximately 2.5 hours long. The client receives the Sacred Body Constellations from 2 practitioners simultaneously. It is the time to openly receive, release any energetic and emotional weight you might still carry, and step into your divine essence, your birthright.

As men and women come together within this workshop we begin to heal the masculine and feminine energies within and without, bringing them together in Sacred Union - the balance between the masculine and the feminine. Together, we dive into an exploration of the interplay of masculine and feminine energies through connection of mind and body, through our inner and outer worlds.
